This policy explains what information nalvk LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use SQuote and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details.
  • Business information: your business name, contact details, logo, timezone and pricing settings that you add to SQuote.
  • Quote content: the job descriptions you dictate or type, and the quotes, line items and customer contact details you create.
  • Payment information: subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information: basic logs and device information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

  • To provide SQuote, generate quotes and deliver them to the customers you choose.
  • To manage your account and subscription, and send service messages and receipts.
  • To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve the product.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run SQuote. They process information only on our behalf, to provide their service:

  • Authentication and app services (Firebase)
  • Database hosting (Supabase) and application hosting (DigitalOcean)
  • Text messages (Twilio) and email delivery (SendGrid)
  • Subscription payments (Stripe)
  • AI processing to turn job descriptions into draft quotes (Anthropic)

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

SQuote is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
